MAINTENANCE
1. Oil and grease:
• Do not disassemble the jack. The protection valves are sealed for your safety. Opening them will engage the liability
of the user.
• Add oil to the moving parts 2 times per year with an oil can.
• When you add or replace the oil, use only good quality N15 (VG15) oil for hydraulic jacks.
• Adding oil: the oil level must be 5mm below the fill hole
• In the case of oil overflow, clean immediately to avoid any accident.
2. Protection against rust:
• Store in a dry place and away from moisture.
• Dry and clean with an oily cloth after use in a humid atmosphere.
• The person who carries out the maintenance of the jack must possess all the skills required to perform this service.
• Check the condition of the markings frequently and before each use, and verify that they remain identical to the
initial markings.
• A visual inspection must be carried out before each use of the jack in order to detect any anomaly, such as cracks
in the welding and damaged or missing parts.
• Because of the potential hazards related to the use of the jack, no modifications should be made to the product.
STORAGE
• Keep the jack in a clean, dry place away from light sources.
• Do not store high up.
• Clean the jack and accessories after each use.
• Always store the jack near the floor.
