8. Start-up and operation
Here's how easy it is - Download the app:
• Download the Hama Smart Home (Solution) APP from the Apple App
Store or Google Play Store.
• Open the Hama Smart Home (Solution) app.
• The first time you use the app, you need to register and create a new
account. If you already have an account, log in with your access details.
• First you need to incorporate the fan into the app. To do this, connect the
fan to a properly installed socket.
• Press and hold the OSC button for around 5 seconds. The WiFi symbol now
starts to flash quickly.
• In the app, click on the "+" in the top right-hand corner and select "Fan"
as the category.
• Now enter the name of your WiFi network and the password and confirm
your entries with NEXT.
• Ensure that the fan is connected to the power supply and that the WiFi
symbol is flashing. Check the box during the next step and click Next.
• If the connection is successful, the app confirms that the fan has been
incorporated. You can now assign it a different name if you wish.
• Click Finish to end the process.
• You can now rename your device, adjust it and configure it.
Note - Pairing restart
Press and hold the OSC button on the top of the fan for around 5 seconds
until the WiFi display flashes quickly.
