This manual will explain how to use the Quad Pod safely and effec-
tively. Please read and follow these instructions and precautions
carefully. In the rare event that your flood light contains a damaged
or missing item, does not perform as specified, or requires warranty
service, please call Technical Service at (913) 310-1050. Save your
purchase receipt, it is required for warranty service.
Read these instructions completely before using the Quad
Pod as a light stand. Also, read the instructions for any light
mounted on the stand to understand the specific mounting
requirements of such lights.
• Always ensure that all locking mechanisms are tightly
engaged before mounting any gear on your Quad Pod.
• Improperly attached or poorly secured lights or other
devices can fall and cause damage to property and physical
injury. Always properly secure any attachment used with the
Quad Pod.
• Always ensure the Quad Pod is on a stable, level surface.
• Always fully extend Quad Pod legs for stability.
• Be extra cautious in windy conditions – place additional
weight on Quad Pod center support as needed to
maintain stability.
• Ensure legs do not present a trip hazard – flag if necessary.
• Avoid leaving Quad Pod unattended in areas where people
could trip over the gear and get hurt.
