Please read this guide carefully before daily use of CareWear.
Thank you for being ForeverGreen! We value your participa-
tion in the Total Health Experience that is customized for you,
by you and with ForeverGreen nutrition products. Please feel

whole food products and wearable devices. Please keep this
guide for future reference.
Application Download & Install
Choose the GoHeart app in App Store or Google Play,
download and install.
Requires iOS 8.0 and above or Android 4.5 and above.
Pair Your CareWear with your Phone via Bluetooth:
• Turn on Bluetooth on your Phone
• Login App: Support Direct login
• Connecting CareWear: Open the App and go to MINE,
select connect your bracelet.

lease fully charge CareWear before use.
It will power on automatically after charge.
Power ON/OFF
Switch to the power OFF page shown:
Click YES and long press the power button to turn OFF.
Short press the power button to turn ON.
Set Your Personal Profile
To set-up your personal profile, please input the following: name,
height, weight, birthday, gender, wearing hand and password.

Data is tracked daily, weekly and monthly.

SPORT
Sport: Tracks all your steps, cal-
ories burned and distance walked
every day. You may check your
history anytime and anywhere!
Sleep: Tracks your sleep condi-
tion every night. Displays hours
slept, deep-sleep time, light-sleep
time and wake-up times. To help
you improve the quality of your
sleep, CareWear may count your
tossing and turning as steps while
you sleep. However, it will not
significantly affect your daily step
count. Sleep monitor starts from
22:00 p.m. to 08:00 a.m.
Heart Rate: Hourly monitoring is
tracked throughout the entire day
and saved for checking at your
convenience. (Please be sure to
turn on the button in MINE mode)
