The DP2800 is built with one of two industrial grade pumps, a CAT or an
ANNOVI REVERBERI.
The DP2800 instruction manual reflects the CAT Pump.
Refer to the instructions below for the ANNOVI REVERBERI pump.
See pump nameplate for pump brand.

WARNING: Do not operate this unit until you read and understand
the pressure washer instruction manual and the engine instruction
manual for safety, operation and maintenance instructions.

1. Using a 11/16" (17 mm) wrench, remove shipping plug (Y, Fig. 1) from
pump by turning it counterclockwise. Discard shipping plug.
noTe: The high-pressure pump was filled with oil at the factory.
Always check oil level before using (refer to Maintenance in the
instruction manual for more information).
2. Remove dipstick/oil plug (H, Fig. 2) from plastic bag and install into
pump, tighten securely.
noTe: The shipping plug must be removed and replaced with the
dipstick/oil plug before operating pressure washer.

IMPORTANT! Follow all instructions in the Operation section of the
DP2800 instruction manual. In the Chemicals and Cleaning Solvents
section refer to Figure 3 on this instruction sheet. In the Starting
Section refer to Figures 4 and 5.

FOllOw THE PUmP INSTRUCTIONS BElOw FOR CHECkINg AND
CHANgINg PUmP OIl.
WARNING: Risk of burning. When performing maintenance, you
may be exposed to hot surfaces, water pressure or moving parts that
can cause serious injury or death.
WARNING: Risk of fire. Always disconnect spark plug wire, let the
engine cool and release all water pressure before performing any
maintenance or repair. The engine contains flammable fuel. Do not
smoke or work near open flames while performing maintenance.
noTe: The pump was filled with oil at the factory.
Change pump oil after the first 25 hours of operation or once a year, which-
ever comes first; 500 hours or once a year thereafter.
To CHeCk oIL
1. Place unit on a level surface.
2. Remove dipstick (H, Fig. 6) and wipe clean.
3. Fully insert and remove dipstick.
4. Check the oil level on dipstick. If oil level is at or below the notch,
oil needs to be added. noTe: Use DP70 pump oil. If DP70 is not
available use 30w non-detergent oil.
5. Replace dipstick and tighten securely.
How To CHAnGe PuMP oIL
1. Slide a suitable container between pump and frame.
2. loosen two top bolts securing pump rear cover (X).
3. Remove two bottom bolts from pump rear cover.
4. Carefully pull bottom of pump rear cover away from pump and oil will
drain into container.
5. After oil is drained, replace pump rear cover. Torque bolts to
71 in.-lbs.

1. Retirer le bouchon en place à la livraison avec une clé de 17 mm
(11/16 po), fig. 1) en tournant en sens antihoraire. le jeter.
reMArQue : le plein d'huile de la pompe haute pression a été fait en
usine. Toujours vérifier le niveau d'huile avant d'utiliser la pompe (pour
de plus amples renseignements, se reporter à la rubrique entretien
du mode d'emploi).
2. Retirer la jauge graduée/bouchon du réservoir (H, fig. 2) du sac
en plastique et l'installer dans le réservoir de la pompe. Serrer
solidement.
