Installation notes
• The LM-SDED, LM-SDED (V) is positioned behind the momentary action switch in the concealed box .
• The lines T1, T2 and TR for the connection to the momentary action switch must not be extended .
• The device is supplied with power exclusively over the LUXMATE bus and must not be connected to
the mains . The same applies for the momentary action switches . These are connected only to the
LM-SDED, LM-SDED (V) and not to the mains .
• Switching contacts with non externally powered neon lamps, RC element and switching thyristors are
not recognized properly by LM-SDED, LM-SDED (V) and must not be used .

• Installation of this device may only be carried out by specialist staff who have provided proof of their
skills
• The relevant safety and accident prevention regulations must be observed .

Consignes pour l'installation
• Le module LM-SDED, LM-SDED (V) se monte derrière la touche ou le bouton-poussoir en encastré .
• Les lignes T1, T2 et TR pour le raccordement du bouton-poussoir ne doivent pas être rallongées .
• L'appareil est alimenté exclusivement par le bus LUXMATE, aucun branchement à la tension secteur à
faire . De même pour les bouton-poussoirs- ceux-ci se raccordent uniquement au LM-SDED,
LM-SDED (V) et non pas à la tension secteur .
• Les contacteurs incorporant voyant lumineux, composant RC et thyristors sans alimentation à partir de
l'extérieur ne sont pas détectés de façon univoque par le LM-SDED, LM-SDED (V) et ne doivent pas
être utilisés .

• L'installation de cet appareil doit obligatoirement être réalisée par un technicien qualifié .
• Respecter la réglementation en matière de sécurité et de prévention des accidents en vigueur .

operation with Momentary action Switches
LM-SDED
Depending on the addressing of an input, it is possible to control all LUXMATE outputs of a room or one
output group of the room: By a short actuation of the momentary action switch connected to one of the
two inputs it is possible to change between the two scenes "Absent 0" and "Present 1" (scene changeo-
ver with each press of the switch); by long actuation of the momentary action switch, the room lighting or
one luminaire group of the room can be dimmed up and down alternately .
LM-SDED (V)
Depending on the addressing of an input, it is possible to control all LUXMATE outputs of a room or one
output group of the room: By a short actuation of the momentary action switch connected to one of the
two inputs it is possible to change between the two scenes "X" and "Y" (scene changeover with each
press of the switch); by long actuation of the momentary action switch, the room lighting or one luminaire
group of the room can be dimmed up and down alternately . "X" and "Y" and further defined characteri-
stics (e . g . other functions) as per specification .

groupe de sorties déterminé: En actionnant brièvement un bouton-poussoir connecté à une des deux
entrées, deux ambiances définies "Absence 0" et "Présence 1" peuvent être déclenchés selon le cas
(changement de l'ambiance avec chaque pression du bouton-poussoir), et par pression prolongée on
augmente ou on diminue l'intensité de l'éclairage du local ou d'un groupe déterminé de luminaires (le
sens de gradation changeant entre deux actions sur le bouton-poussoir) .
