DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE AND ITS ACCESSORIES

For the appliance features, refer to the external packaging. Use only the supplied
accessories.
Refer to Figure [A] in the illustrative guide to verify your appliance equipment. All the figures
are on the cover pages of these instructions for use.

• Unpack the appliance.
• Wash the parts that come in contact with the food before using them.
• Clean the upper cooking plate (6), the lower cooking plate (7) with soap and water.
• Clean the outer body (1) with a damp and well-wrung sponge.
• Insert the plug (5) in the socket.
• Set the O/I switch (8) to I.
When used for the first time, the sandwich toaster must be operated
when empty for approximately 15 minutes.
Do NOT leave the food on the cooking plates longer than necessary.
• Open the hook that closes the handles (4) [Fig. B].
• Insert the plug (5) in the socket.
• Set the O/I switch (8) to I.
• The ON LED (2) will light up.
• Wait a few minutes for the ready for use LED (3) to light up.
• Open the upper plate using the handle [Fig. C].
• Place the food on the lower cooking plate (7) [Fig. D].
• Lower the upper cooking plate (6) [Fig. C].
