General warnings

PLeaSe read CarefULLy Before USinG yoUr medLine BatH BenCH. To ensure the safe installation,
adjustment, and operation of Bath Bench, these instructions MUST be followed.
do noT install this product without first reading and understanding this instruction manual.
If you are unable to understand these warnings, cautions, and instructions, contact a healthcare professional
or dealer before attempting to install this equipment.
Prior to each use check that all joints and fittings on the bath bench are tight.
do noT place bath bench on uneven surfaces.
do noT use if wobbly, unstable or not level.
do noT exceed user weight capacity of 350 lbs.
do noT twist or turn while seated on bath bench, this may cause frame to bend.
do noT stand on bath bench.
do noT use bath bench for any purpose that it is not intended to be used for.
do noT use bath bench or chair unless set to a height were feet lay flat on the ground while seated.
If your feet do not lay flat you should adjust the seat to the proper height.
Check rubber tips for rips, cracks or wear. If these conditions exist, do noT use the tips and replace
immediately. (Rubber tips can be ordered.)
During Use, evenly distribute weight between the arm supports.
Pushing back with excessive weight or force on the backrest may cause tipping that may lead to
injury. To help prevent tipping be sure to sit-up as straight as possible and ensure feet lay flat on floor
when seated in shower chair or bench.
