2 Operation
2.4 Whisker
• Do not use the whisker (11) when preparing batters that contain margarine or fat, or
when kneading dough. Use the dough blade (10) for the said processes.

• When whisking egg whites, make sure that the bowl (4) and the whisker (11) are dry
and oil-free.
• It is recommended to use the product at high speed when making mayonnaise and
cream.

Warnings
• Do not use the blades (12, 14) to crash ice etc.
