BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

1. Remove all packaging and throw away the blades covers.
2. Wash the parts: see "cleaning".
SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, in order to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/ or injury, these basic safety
precautions should always be followed:
1. Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage corresponds to the rating label of the appliance.
2. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
3. Don not plug the appliance into the power supply until it is fully assembled and always unplug before disassembling the
appliance or handle the blade.
4. This appliance is not intended for use by children or other persons without assistance or supervision if their physical,
sensory or mental capabilities prevent them from using it safely.
5. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved.
6. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance Keep the appliance and its cord out of
reach of children less than 8 years.
7. Take special care when preparing food for babies, the elderly and infirm. Always ensure that the hand blender shaft is
thoroughly sterilized.
8. Never touch the blades while the machine's plugged in. The blades are very sharp! Handle carefully!
9. Keep fingers, hair, clothing, and utensils away from moving parts.

in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or
