Manufacturer's warranty
POPP McSMOKE is made using ultra-modern equipment and is subject to strict quality control. Should
nevertheless your unit become defective, POPP GmbH offers the following warranty terms.
1. Our warranty includes repair or replacement of a
unit that is proven to be defective in its functioning or in the quality of materials used.
2. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, nor damage in transport; nor does it cover damage
arising from disregard of the installation instructions. The warranty shall lapse automatically if diagnosis of the
fault shows that the unit has been opened.
3. The warranty period extends for 24 months from the date of purchase of the unit by the end user. An invoice,
delivery note or similar must be supplied with the returned unit as documentary evidence of date of purchase to
support a claim made under warranty.
