Assembly:
Insert the screw into the housing, attach the handle.
Insert the wing blade and attach the desired perforated disc.
Important: the cutting surfaces of the knife must point to the perforated disc. Please insert the disc in such a
way that the locking pin in the disc and the cavity in the case interlock.
Then fix everything into place using the union nut.
Pastry attachment: If you want to make pastry with your meat grinder, then you do not need the cutter blade
or the perforated disc. Just place the pastry attachment in the union nut.

Remove upper part: Press red button and pull off the
unit forwards.
