WORK AREA SAFETY
•
This air compressor is designed for outdoor use. Never operate this air compressor in an enclosed area. Beware
of more ventilated areas or areas with inadequate exhaust fans.
•
Do not use this machine in explosive atmospheres or in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Exhaust
gases and fuel vapors contain carbon monoxide and hazardous chemicals.
•
Keep children and curious persons away while operating this machine.
•
Make sure that children, people or animals do not enter your work area.
•
Place the appliance in a clear place, where it has a firm support and is not too much
•
Do not move the air compressor while the air tank is under pressure. Do not attempt to move the air compressor
by pulling on the hose.
•
Never aim the air stream at any part of your body, any other person or animals.
•
Never place any object against or over the air compressor. Operate the air compressor at least 30cm away from
a wall or obstruction that could restrict proper ventilation.
•
Remember that the machine operator is responsible for hazards and accidents caused to other people or things.
The manufacturer is in no way liable for damage caused by improper or incorrect use of this machine.
FUEL SAFETY
•
Gasoline and oil are dangerous. Do not inhale or ingest. If you swallow fuel and/or oil, seek medical advice
immediately. If it comes into contact with fuel or oil, clean with plenty of soap and water as soon as possible. If
irritated eyes or skin occur afterward, consult a doctor immediately.
•
Fuel and oil are dangerous and highly flammable chemicals. If they become inflamed, extinguish the fire with a
dry powder extinguisher.
•
Do not smoke and do not bring flames, sparks or heat sources close to the machine.
•
In the event of a fuel leak, be sure to eliminate these leaks completely before starting.
•
Always refuel in well-ventilated areas. And never with the engine running, or hot.
•
Make sure the fuel and oil cap is properly closed while using the machine.
•
Do not use fuel that has been stored for more than 1 month. If the fuel has been in the machine's tank for more
than a month, remove it from the machine and replace it with a perfectly good one.
•
Always store fuel in approved containers.
MAINTENANCE, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE SAFETY
•
Check the equipment daily. Only replace worn or damaged parts immediately with original GREENCUT spare
parts.
•
Check that all safety features are installed and in good condition.
•
If the machine vibrates abnormally, stop the engine, inspect the machine for the possible cause and repair it. If
you can't find the reason, take your machine to your Official Technical Service.
•
Do not perform maintenance with the compressor connected.
•
Do not modify the machine controls or the safety relief valve settings.
SERVICING
•
Have the machine checked periodically by a qualified technician using only original spare parts. If you have any
questions, please contact the Authorised Service Centre.
