● Technical failure. OBU not ok.
1. Stop driving and exit road.
2. Check message on OBU display.
3. Call your customer support.
● If no GPS for more than 30 minutes
1. If you are e.g. in a garage, drive to a place with GPS reception.
2. If the problem persists, call your customer support.
