chine and walls or barriers

Pay attention to all notices sign and operation in-

For use with ODORx Thermo-2000 products
only. Always follow label directions. Use of other fog
liquid may damage the fogger and will void the war-
ranty.
Remove all fogging liquid and wipe off any excess
before transporting or storing the unit.

Warranty
If you determine service is required, have your equip-
ment model, serial number and original proof of pur-
chase available and call your distributor for assistance
with obtaining a return material authorization (RMA).
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Setup
Step 1: Attach Wired Remote to rear of device.
Step 2: Fill fogging solution container with ODORx
Thermo-2000. Always verify that there is an adequate
supply of ODORx Thermo-2000 in fogging solution con-
tainer before turning the device on.
Optional: Use the mounting bracket provided to attach
the unit to a wall, ceiling, shelf or other suitable surface.
NOTICE: Operating the device empty or with petro-
leum-based fogging formulations will damage the
pump and heat exchanger.

Step 3: To avoid the risk of electrical shock, plug unit
into a grounded electrical outlet. When mobility is desira-
ble during fogging operations use a heavy duty 10, 12 or
14 gauge three-prong extension cord.
Step 4: Replace cover on fogging solution container and
tighten. Remove slack from pickup tube by pushing tube
down through fogging solution container cover. Ensure
the tube suction is adequately covered with fogging for-
mulation.
Operation
1. Plug unit into suitable 110–130V / 50–60Hz / 15 amp
circuit.
2. Plug wired remote control unit into wired remote con-
trol socket.
3. Fill container with ODORx Thermo-2000 fogging fluid.
4. Switch on power. Unit will begin heating internally.
Red light on controller will glow when unit is ready for
use.
5. Press button on remote control to begin fogging.
6. Red light on controller is on when ready to use, off
while reheating.
NOTICE: Puffs of fog may be visible during the warm-up
period or at the end of fogging cycles. This is normal.
NOTICE: Keep fogger in a horizontal position while op-
erating. Do not tilt the unit excessively or turn upside-
down.
At the end of the job
Allow the device to cool down completely before packing
for transport.
Changing the fuse
If the red power light does not illuminate, the fuse may
need replacement. Disconnect power prior to changing
the fuse. Pry off the fuse cover with small flat head
screwdriver. Take out the old fuse and then install a 10
amp fuse. Replace fuse cover.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
NOTICE: Handle the unit carefully. Do not drop, throw,
or place the unit where it could fall. Rough treatment can
damage this equipment and may create a hazardous
condition or void warranty.
Allow unit to cool before transporting.
Do not expose to moisture, snow or rain.
Protect from freezing.
Store and transport securely to avoid any damaging
impact to internal parts.
Secure during transport to prevent sliding and possi-
ble injury to vehicle occupants.
MAINTENANCE
