9. Find cellphone
Make sure APP "HBAND" run at backstage, at fitness tracker end, switch
to find cellphone page, click the screen, then cellphone alarm, slip the
fitness screen from left to right, stopping alarming.
Note: Your cellphone should be set as ring mode in advance.
10. Stopwatch
Go to stopwatch of your fitness tracker, press to start or stop the
stopwatch.
Note: Press "Reset" and slip from leftward to rightward to exit current
interface.

11. Sport modes
Go to sport modes interpage at fitness tracker, there 10 sport modes for
your choice, click to start running.
In the running and walking mode, fitness tracker display exercise time,
heart rate, calories, steps, distance, pace, and other sport modes, it can
only display exercise time, heart rate and calories.
Slip down to the bottom interface, Press "Pause" Pause movement or
"END" exit this interface .
