The portable speaker does not turn on, beeps during playback, or the music is jerky:
The battery is discharged or low. Charge the battery. Charge the battery for at least 5
minutes before use.
No sound is being produced:
The audio source is not emitting any sound, or its volume is too low. Adjust the volume on
both the audio source and the portable speaker.
Check the connection mode.
Also make sure that the audio source and speaker are not connected with the USB/micro
USB cable. Only connection via the 3.5 mm jack/jack cable allows sound to be broadcast.
The Bluetooth* connection cannot be established:
Make sure your audio source is not in pairing mode. Consult the user manual for your
audio source for more details.
For optimal transmission quality, make sure that the speaker and your Bluetooth* device
are within 10 meters of each other and that no walls or electronic devices are interfering
with transmission.
Playback from a USB stick does not work:
Make sure that the USB stick is correctly plugged into the speaker's USB port.
Make sure that the music has been correctly saved on the USB stick, in MP3 or WAV
format.
Make sure that the USB stick connection mode is selected. To do this, press the button
until the indicator lamp turns purple.
