disabled: Enable Bluetooth on
your phone / tablet.
Phone or tablet incompatible:
Check that your phone or
tablet is equipped with
Bluetooth 4.0.
Check that the Bluetooth
function on your smartphone
is enabled and that the
version of the operating
system of your smartphone is
updated (Android 4.3 or later
Or iOS 7.1 or later).
Check that your activity
tracker is located within range
of the smartphone you want
to synchronize with (50 cm
maximum).
If the problem persists, please
