    SECTION 5 — INSTALLATION 5-1 Securing the Neck    1.  Align dowel on neck with the hole on the docking body. Figure 5-A  2.  Press the neck into place.  3.  Using the spanner wrench provided, firmly tighten the neck nut  onto the threaded body (see Figure 5-A  4.  Once neck is firmly seated in place, ensure the set screw is  seated on the flat of the copper neck tube and tighten set screw.  Torque to 70 in-lbs (see Figure 5-B   Figure 5-B M081-1.0...

    SECTION 6 — MAINTENANCE 6-1 Replacing Wire Brake    1.  Remove the neck, liner and front-end consumables. Figure 6-A  2.  Inspect the jump liner for damage and replace if required.  3.  Remove air line connected to the wire brake.  4.  Unthread the existing wire brake from the gun housing.  5.  Remove the wire guide and replace if necessary.  6.  Using the wire brake installation tool (part # 450-17), replace  the wire guide into the housing of the gun.  7.  While holding the wire guide into position, thread the wire brake  into the housing until hand-tight.  8.  Reposition the air fitting and replace the hose.  9.  Reinstall the neck, jump liner and front-end consumables to the  gun housing and be sure to install the proper torque  specifications.
