** Correcting the date at the end of the month
The date will have to be corrected for months that have 30 days, or those
that have less than 30 days. After the date switches over to the first day of
the succeeding month, set the date to the [First (1)].
[How to set the moon phase indicator]]
CAUTION
• Set the moon phase after setting the time.
• Set the moon phase to the normal position on the crown.
* Avoid setting the moon phase indicator between 9:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m.
since the indicator changes during this time. If the moon phase is set during
this time period, the moon phase indicator may not change.
Check the current moon phase
• The moon phase can be found in the newspaper (weather forecast).
(1) Press the button using an object with
a pointed tip to make all moons shake.
• The moon phase is advanced each
time the button is pressed.
• All moons shaking indicate a new
moon (moon phase 0).
(2) Press the button to set the moon phase.
• The moon phase is advanced each
time the button is pressed.
* Round off fractions of the moon phase.
Example: If the moon phase is 14.7,
round off and press the button 15
times.
