Mode d'emploi Genius
Avec le piège à poisson HOBBY Genius, il est
possible d'attraper les poissons craintifs,
opprimés, batailleurs ou malades dans le bas-
sin. Pour cela fixer d'abord un cordon en nylon
ou autre d'une longueur suffisante à l'ouvertu-
re de la trappe. Remplir plein d'eau le piège à
poisson dans l'aquarium et y mettre des flo-
cons ou des comprimés de nourriture. Fermer
le piège avec la trappe et le mettre au fond de
l'aquarium. Tirer ensuite sur le cordon de nylon
et ouvrir ainsi la trappe. Dès que le poisson
désiré y est entré, relâcher le cordon et fermer
le piège. Pour le retirer, le tenir un peu de tra-
vers avec la porte vers le haut et laisser couler
un peu d'eau par les ouvertures percées. Avec
l'autre main, retirer la porte. Verser maintenant
l'eau restante avec le poisson au-dessus de l'a-
quarium dans un filet. Conseil : L'expérience a
montré que les poissons sont plus faciles à
attraper le soir. Eviter de les nourrir la journée.
C'est de cette manière qu'il est aussi possible
d'attraper les petits poissons-chats qui sont
sinon difficile à prendre. Pour cela, mettre une
moitié de salade dans le piège à poissons, lais-
ser ce dernier dans l'aquarium pendant la nuit.
Refermer la trappe avant que la lumière ne
s'allume le matin. Conseil : Si vos poissons
sont encore très petits, vous pouvez fermer les
trous du Genius avec du scotch et percer des
trous petits avec une aiguille pour faire écouler
l'eau.

Genius instructions for use
The HOBBY fish trap enables sick, timid, shy or
even an aggressive fish to be caught and
removed from the tank. The first step is to
attach a sufficiently long piece of nylon string
(or similar) to the opening of the trap door.
Then submerge the fish trap in the aquarium
letting it fill with water. Scatter fish food fla-
kes or feed tablets inside it. Close the trap
with the trap door and place it on the bottom
of the aquarium. Then pull on the nylon string
and open the trap door. As soon as the desired
fish has swum inside, slacken the string and
close the fish trap. When removing the trap
hold it slightly at an angle with the door
facing upwards and let some of the water
drain through the pre-drilled holes. With the
other hand you can pull the door out. Then tip
out the remaining water together with the fish
into a net held above the aquarium. Tip: expe-
rience shows that the best time to catch the
fish is in the evening. In which case do not
feed then during the day.
Small catfish which are otherwise very difficult
to get out of the tank can also be caught in
the same way. For this purpose place a half a
lettuce in the fish trap and leave this in the
aquarium overnight. Let the trap door close
before the light is switched on in the morning.
Tip: if your fish are still very small, the holes in
the Genius fish trap can be sealed off with cel-
lophane tape and smaller holes for water drai-
nage can be made a needle.

Con la trampa para peces HOBBY Genius resulta
muy fácil apartar del estanque un pez tímido,
débil en la jerarquía, agresivo o enfermo. Para
poner la trampa, primero tiene que fijar un cordel
suficientemente largo de Nylon u otro material
similar en la apertura de la trampilla. Después
sumerja completamente la trampa para peces en el
acuario y esparza comida en copos o tabletas.
Cierre la trampa con la trampilla y colóquela en el
fondo del acuario. Tire ahora del cordel de nylon
para abrir la trampilla. Suelte el cordel tan pronto
se haya metido en la trampa el pez que pretenda
Vd. atrapar y cierre la trampa. Al sacar la trampa
manténgala un poco oblicua con la puerta hacia
arriba y permita que salga un poco de agua por las
aperturas preperforadas. Saque ahora la puerta con
la otra mano. Ahora vierta el agua restante con el
pez en el acuario sobre una red que haya colocado
Vd. Previamente a este efecto. Un consejo: según
nuestra experiencia, es más fácil atrapar los peces
por la noche. Cuando quiera atrapar un pez por la
noche, no eche comida en el acuario por el día.
De la misma forma se pueden atrapar siluros jóve-
nes, que de otra manera son muy dificiles de sacar
del estanque. Ponga media lechuga en la trampa
para peces y déjela en la trampa durante la noche.
A la mañana siguiente, deje caer la trampilla antes
de que se conecte la luz. Un consejo: si sus alevi-
nes son todavía muy pequeños, puede Vd. cerrar
los agujeros de la trampa Genius con cinta adhesi-
va y luego agujerear los cierres con una aguja para
que pueda salir el agua.
