Setting the Device up for Training
1. If the training device is folded up, use
the castors on the rear foot (10) to
slide it to the location you want.
2. Make sure that there is enough space
around the training device so that you
cannot bump into walls, furniture, etc.
during the workout.
3. Undo the locking screw (9) and hold
the training device by the saddle (5)
and handlebar (1) and fold it out.
4. Insert the locking screw at the height
you want and screw it hand-tight.
5. Check that the device is positioned
securely.
6. Fold up the backrest (6).
Storing the Device After Training
1. Fold down the backrest (6).
2. Undo the locking screw (9).
3. Contract the training device by the
saddle (5) and handlebar (1) until it is
completely folded up.
4. Reinsert the locking screw and screw
it hand-tight.
5. Use the castors on the rear foot (10)
to slide it to the position you want.
6. Check that the device is positioned
securely.
Inserting Batteries into the
Training Computer
PLEASE NOTE!

Use only the battery type specifi ed in
the technical data.
■
Take the batteries out of the training
computer if they are dead or if you will
not be using the device for a pro-
longed period. This will prevent any
damage caused by leaks.

Always replace all batteries together.
Do not use batteries of diff erent types
or brands, or batteries with diff erent
capacities.

Remove leaking batteries from the
training computer immediately.
Before the device is fi rst used, the batter-
ies which are supplied must be inserted in
the training computer (2).
The battery compartment is located on
the back of the training computer.
Before inserting the batteries, check
whether the contacts in the training com-
puter and on the batteries are clean, and
clean them if necessary.
1. Grip and press down the locking lug
on the battery compartment cover.
Open the battery compartment cover
at the same time.
2. Insert two batteries into the battery
compartment (1.5 V; AAA). Make sure
the polarity (+ / –) is correct.
3. Close the battery compartment. When
you do this, make sure that the locking
lugs sit in the recesses which are pro-
vided for them. The battery compart-
ment cover must be heard to engage.
If the training computer stops working, the
batteries have to be replaced.
