NOTE:
BEFORE FIRST USE, THE SWITCH NEEDS TO BE ACTIVATED FROM THE
SHIPPING MODE. Use the USB charging cable to connect the glue gun charging port to a USB power supply.
Once the power indicator shows red, the glue gun can be used normally after unplugging the charging cable.
CHARGING/RECHARGING THE GLUE GUN
This rechargeable glue gun is shipped with the battery partially
charged. Charge it after purchase and before the first use.
Use the USB charging cable to connect the charging port to any
USB power supply. The power indicator shows red while the
battery is charging. When fully charged, the power indicator will
turn green. When it does, unplug the charging cable.
It takes approximately 3 hours to charge up a completely
discharged battery.
INSERTING GLUE STICKS
This glue gun uses standard 11mm (7/16") diameter glue sticks.
• Make sure the glue gun is in the Off position.
• Insert a glue stick through the inlet at the back of the glue gun.
Push the glue stick into the glue chamber until it won't go any
further.
SWITCH ACTION
A quick press of the switch button will turn on the power indicator. Green means the glue gun is ready to use.
Red means the battery is low and it is time to recharge it.
Press and hold the switch button for 1-2 seconds to turn on the glue gun. Both power and heating indicator will
light up. It takes approximately 25 seconds to get the glue gun ready to use.
Push and hold the switch button again for 1-2 seconds to turn off the glue gun.
USING GLUE GUN
• Turn on the glue gun.
• Wait approximately 25 seconds to let the glue stick melt so that it will flow freely from the nozzle.
• Hold the glue gun firmly. Place the nozzle close to the surface where glue will be applied.
• Use two fingers to pull the feed trigger until glue flows from the nozzle. Do not over apply.
• When the desired amount of glue has been applied, release the feed trigger.
NOTE:
The glue gun will stop dispensing glue when the glue stick in the chamber is almost used up. To
refill the chamber, point the glue gun down and insert a new glue stick.
• Pivot the tool rest out and place the glue gun on a flat protected surface. Place a piece of paper under the
glue gun to catch possible glue drips.
