STEP 8:
Turn the assembled unit upright.
Attach the large and small metal plate (D & E) to base rail (B) and feet (C )
with hex caps (1) and joint connectors (2) as shown. Use Allen key (6) to
install the joint connectors (2).
NOTE: Do not fully tighten the joint connectors. This will facilitate assembly
the next step.
