Changing the dies
First of all, the base pliers must be ope-
ned to the stop to enable the crimping
plier inserts to be replaced.
Remove fixing screws (1) and (2).
Insert the crimping plier inserts.
Fix the crimping plier inserts in place
with fixing screws.
(1) = M 4x18
(2) = M 4x9
Mounting the positioner
1. Unscrew the fixing screw M 4x9 from the
positioner of the crimping pliers.
2. Insert the positioner from the top so that
the integrated magnet points towards
the handles.
3. Screw the fixing screw into the
positioner again.
Early release
The crimping pliers can be released early via
the relevant release screw. For this, the crim-
ping pliers must be released by pressing
together the handles slightly and moved to
the left or right on the release unit using a
screwdriver. (3)
