Do not use in a closed or poorly ventilated area, as this may kill you.
Never use this appliance in an enclosed or covered space.
This appliance is for outdoor use only. Do not use on wooden decks, grass or asphalt. The high
temperatures generated by the fire could damage these surfaces.
Never place the appliance under tree branches, pergolas or eaves of any kind, including covered
porches. Smoke and embers may damage or ignite vegetation or objects above or around the
appliance.
Do not use it near combustible or flammable materials or objects.
Caution must be exercised, and distance must be kept, especially avoid the proximity of children, the
elderly or other persons requiring special attention as well as pets, while the appliance is on.
Make sure that children or other persons not familiar with the operation of the appliance are supervised
by responsible persons when they are close by.
Keep the appliance at least 3 metres away from buildings, structures, vehicles and anything that could
catch fire.
This appliance is designed to be used exclusively for burning wood logs.
If you use charcoal for cooking, do not exceed the amount of fuel, as the appliance may reach
excessively high temperatures.
Do not burn plastic, leaves or other waste materials in this appliance. Do not use it as an incinerator.
Never burn painted or treated wood in this appliance. Do not use wood from the sea either.
Never use petrol, alcohol or volatile liquids to start a fire.
When the appliance is switched on, all parts of it will be hot and can reach extremely high
temperatures, which can cause serious injury if touched with no protection.
Use a poker or a heat-resistant glove to handle it.
Once the fire is out, do not touch the unit until it has completely cooled down.
Check the weather forecast before using the appliance. Excessive breeze can be dangerous.
Never leave an outdoor fire unattended while it has flames and embers.
Turn it off completely before leaving the site.
Always inspect the appliance before turning it on again.
If you notice any significant defects, replace them.
