Tap on the Settings icon to choose which
app you want to synchronize to your watch.
If you choose "Exclude selected apps", it will
sync the apps, excluding the ones you have
chosen.
If you choose "Include ONLY selected apps", it
will only sync the apps you have chosen. Then
save it after chosen.
