DRUM INSTALLATION
1. Check that the control cabinet lever is in the "UP" position (2) (fig. 9).
2. Place the 50 kg drum. Always use drums that are compatible with this unit. Do not use damaged drums.
3. Unscrew the bleed rod from the inductor plate, keeping it nearby.
4. Move the control cabinet lever to the "DOWN" position (2) (fig. 9).
5. Let the inductor plate descend through the drum. When the air stops and the fluid starts to flow through the bleed hole screw the bleed rod.
6. Tighten the drum stops. Insert the rod and tighten it correctly. The unit is now ready to work with. The pump should already be operative.
FLUID SUPPLY
1. Start the pump by placing the "Pump Control" valve in the "ON" position (1) (fig. 9).
2. The pump/inductor can now supply fluid through the output hose until the drum is empty, the speed of emptying can be monitored by
opening and closing the end of the output hose.
3. Before raising the inductor to replace the drum, the pump control valve must be in the "OFF" position.
4. Move the control cabinet lever to the "UP" position (2) (fig. 9). In this position the cylinder go up in the unit. Only with follower plate model,
open the vacuum released valve, a current of air enters the drum to push the inductor plate (3) (fig. 9).
5. Lift the inductor.
6. Only for follower plate model close the vacuum released valve. (3) (fig. 9).
WARNING: While the equipment is connected to the air line, be aware of the danger of being trapped by the mobile elements of this
!
equipment. For your own security and to prolong your pumps lifetime unplug the air inlet coupler after using this equipment.
OVERPRESSURE SECURITY VALVE
!
WARNING: to ensure safe operation of this equipment, review
the overpressure valve regulary.
To be sure that overpressure valve (1) and non-return valve (2) are
clean and safe, without any drum in the equipment select raise position
in control box open the vacuum release valve. Pull the ring on the
security valve (2), this should be soft and the air should get out throw
the valve exhaust.

2. Move the control cabinet lever to the "UP" position (2). Do not
touch any part of the unit while it is moving!
To raise the inductor (normal operation):
1.
Before raising the inductor, the pump control valve must be in the
"OFF" position (1).
2.
Move the control cabinet lever to the "UP" position (2). If the unit
include follower plate open vacuum release valve (3).
