Step 9: (fig. 9)
1. Assemble the wheel support (9) to the cart using eight
5/16" x 3/4" truss head bolts (C) and 5/16" nylock nuts
(E) as shown in figure 5. Heads of bolts go to the inside
of cart bed. Tighten.

Step 10: (fig. 10)
1. Turn the latch stand bracket (5) so that the aligning tab
is at the rear (bottom) of the bracket. Assemble the latch
stand bracket to the cart using four 1/4" x 5/8" hex bolts
(A) and 1/4" nylock nuts. (D) TIGHTEN. See figure 10.

Step 11: (fig. 11)
1. Assemble the two corner caps (2) to the front corners
of the cart using four 1/4" x 5/8" hex bolts (A) and 1/4"
nylock nuts (D). TIGHTEN. See figure 11.
2. Assemble two 1/4" x 5/8" hex bolts (A) and 1/4" nylock
nuts (D) to the two rear corners of the cart. TIGHTEN. See
figure 11.

1. Insert a flange bearing (Q) into each side of the tongue
(11) as shown in figure 12.
