1 Switch the ABIDOT (1) on. (look 1 On / Off switch on page EN-9)
CAUTION
Material damage
A collision with the work-piece or a welding device may destroy the
ABIDOT.
• Slowly bring the robot into position.
2 Move the robot to the beginning of the weld (8).
3 Reduce the distance between the ABIDOT (1) and the selected start point
of the weld (8) until the 4 individual points (6) are focused on
one point (4).
Thus, the desired working point is reached.
1 Switch the ABIDOT off and remove it from the torch.
Any further steps to be carried out depend on the corresponding welding torch.
Please observe the operating instructions of the welding torches used.
The ABIDOT is maintenance-free, however we recommend regular cleaning.
