Multi-temperature cellars offer the possibility to keep wines at the right service
temperature. Please refer to the table below with adviced temperatures for each wine
category. To preserve and age your wines, please choose the MONO TEMPERATURE
option and set temperature at 12°C.

1 - WHERE IS IT BETTER TO PLACE BACCUS GENIUS?

- Do not install the unit in open spaces and do not expose it to the rain
- The cabinet has to be installed on a plane surface and it must be perfectly levelled:
to obtain this the adjustable feet.
- Place the cabinet in a well ventilated place far away from heating sources (radiators,
cookers) and not directly exposed to the sun. To light up the cabinet's it is advisable
to use fluorescent lamps.
- Inspect the cabinet to find out that no damage has been caused during the transport.
Our advices for wines preservation
Full bodied aged red wines, with a high
Dry, white, aromatic wines and raisin
Sparkling wine both dry than sweet, and
