PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

♦ Before connecting the machine to the mains,
ensure that supply voltage is correct (230 V,
50/60 Hz).
♦ Check the condition and securing of the milling
unit before commencing cutting operations.
♦ During operation of the unit, use sufficient
protection - gauntlets, safety goggles and a
face-mask.
♦ Do not allow children or n on-specialist staff to
handle the machine.
♦ If the motor shaft should lock out during normal
operation of the unit, disconnect the machine
from the mains before attempting to free the
shaft by manual rotation.
♦ Do not trim materials which may leave particles
which are toxic when inhaled.
♦ Before using the machine, ensure that it is
resting on a firm and solid base.
♦ Do not use the machine in close proximity to
solvents, alcohol
materials. Extreme care should be taken when
cutting parts which may cause sparks.
♦ Ensure that the rubber fitting provides a perfect
seal and does not let through any particles.
