Calibration Method,
9 . When the float is correctly aligned, press the Start/Delay button
to verify and record the reading.
10. Then press the Start/Delay button again to switch the Tester to
the second speed
11. Record the value displayed on the Tester screen (this value
corresponds to the second speed currently stored).
NOTE: The setting for this first speed ranges from 4.00 to 5.00 by
increments of 0.01.
12. Press the Litre button (see explanation above) to adjust the flow
rate until the flowmeter float is in front of the mm graduation
corresponding to a flow rate of 181.8 L/min.
13. When the float is correctly aligned, press the Start/Delay button to
validate and record the reading.
14. Switch off the Tester by pressing the On/Off button.
15. Unscrew the M Air T Tester rear panel. Then switch the tester into
Sampling mode by replacing the calibration key with the protective
cap. Screw the rear panel back onto the Tester.
16. Check the M Air T tester flow rate and the micro-perforated tester
sieve as described in the previous sections of this manual.
NOTE: The old calibration values can be restored until the new values
have been validated by pressing the Start/Delay button. To
restore the old values, switch the Tester off and back on by the
On/Off button.
