Warning: The air filter has to be replaced frequently.
The screen that support the filter is easy to remove by turning the four handles placed on each angle, see
fig. 3.
Replace the filter and put the screen back in position. Turn the four handles until the screen is set tight.
Warning: Wear your safety clothes.
EMM International B.V. recommends to wear safety clothes at every time. Wear hearing protection,
safety gloves en a safety mask when working with this machine.
The HS 2008 is transferred in it‟s original packaging and can not be held or placed upside down. Check if the
packaging is undamaged. Check also if the spray board is compleet and without signs of transport damage.
De packaging can be trown away like the normal garbage.
Because of the weight (28 kg) of the HS 2008, it has to be moved by two persons.
When the machine is technical and functional decrepit, it has to be determined.
The supplier cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect injury to persons or damages of objects
as a result of the re-use of parts for other purposes than prescribed.
The air supply and – abduction should be turned off before dismantling the HS 2008. This can only be done
by an professional or authorized person.
Distinguish the various materials en contact specialized companies for removal of the spray board according
to your local environmental regulations.
Follow this procedure for dismantling:
1. Shut down the machine;
2. Disconnect the air supply and – abduction;
3. Dismantle the several parts.

5. Guarantee

The spray board HS 2008 is exclusively determined for spraying spray samples or small parts and not for
other purposes. This machine is guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects for a period of 12
month from the date of purchase. This does not cover the product where the fault is due to misuse, abuse,
use in contravention of the instructions, or where the product has been the subject of unauthorized
modifications or alterations. The guarantee of the HS 2008 will also expired when it is use for other purpose
them determined.
In the event of a problem with the product within the guarantee period please return it to your service
center. If the item is shown to have an inherent defect present at the time of sale, it will be repaired or you
will get a replacement.
