Note: If the FAQ table can not solve your problems, please contact the
distributor. Please do not disassemble the machine to mantain or repair
by yourself.
- Is it plugged into a power socket? Is there a power outage?
- Is the home leakage switch or fuse cut off?
- Is the Filter Replacement indicator keep flashing?
- Is there any dust in the surface of primary filter?
- Is ther eany obstacle blocking the air inlet/outlet?
- Is there anything stuck on the fan in the air outlet?
- Is teh machine tilted?
- Please set a lower grade of speed if the noise is too loud, or
set sleep mode of speed when using in bedroom at night.
- It is the normal phenomenon that the unit emits the smell
of plastic for the first time.
The machine will emits nasty smell if the filter is dusty, so is
this situation please clean or replace the filter.
- if the burning smell emits from the unit, pleaseunplug the
power socket and contact with buyer or customer service.
- Please press the Wind Speed/Filter Button
to reset the unit and the life counter of the filter will start
again.
