• Be sure there is an even distance from the
eyes to the filter's lens at all times.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

There are two CR 2450 (3V) batteries located on either side of the inside of the
helmet. To remove, firmly grasp the ridges on either side of the holder and pull
downwards. To replace, ensure positive polarity faces up and insert, aligning tab
with notch on holder. Press firmly until snapped and seated. Repeat on opposite
side of helmet.
Attention: Solar panel on front of filter plate, charges via UV light. Some newer
light technologies do not charge the panel. If having issues with the battery,
sometimes exposing the panel to UV light (such as the sun) will help charge the
batteries to the correct levels.

TOP ADJUSTMENT
Adjust top headgear to fit user's
headshape (up or down).
TIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT
Turn knob on back of headgear to
adjust the size of headgear.

Lift tab and slide headgear so filter plate
is as close to user's eyes as possible.
ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
Push tabs inward to adjust angle of helmet
relative to the welder's face and eyes.
