Problem Solution
The indication light If the indication light fails to glow at
is not lit all, a proper connection between the
Powermat Mat and your device has not
been made.
Re-align the center of the Powermat
Receiver with the Power Access Point
on your Powermat Mat until the light
glows steady.
No magnetic lock Magnetic lock is achieved when the
Powermat receiver and Power Access
Point are properly aligned. Re-align the
Powermat Receiver with the Power
Access Point on your Powermat Mat
until a magnetic lock is achieved.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Powermat USA, LLC sells its products with the intent that they are free of
defects in manufacture and workmanship for one year from the date of
original purchase, except as noted below. Powermat USA, LLC warrants
that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under
normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does
not extend to Retailers.
To obtain warranty service on your Powermat USA, LLC product, mail the
product and your dated sales receipt (as proof of purchase), postpaid, to

Powermat USA, LLC does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited
to, Retailers, the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a
