TROUBLESHOOTING
If your system is not operating properly, please refer to the following information. If the
problem persists, disconnect from power and contact your AV reseller immediately.
Problem
No status lights
No picture on display/s
No power light
Display shows snow or

Check input and output cables

Check source and displays are turned on
•
Check everything is powered on
•
Check cables are connected properly
•
Try shorter cables
•
Check that the corresponding LED is lighting on the splitter
•
Ensure display device supports HDCP (copy protection)
•
Check that display has correct input selected
•
Try alternative power supply
•

Check cables are connected properly
•
Try shorter cables
•
Reduce resolution of source or try another source
