9. Guarantee
CONDITIONS OF THE COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE
This product has a two-year repair warranty, from the date of sale, against all manufacturing malfunctions,
including labor and replacement parts. And a five-year warranty on the compressor (component only). To
justify the purchase date, it will be mandatory to present the invoice or purchase ticket of the end user
and the data of the installed company. This guarantee will only be effective in Spain.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

1. The devices used improperly, in a manner not in accordance with the instructions for use.
2. Maintenance or conservation of the appliance: gas charges, periodic checks, adjustments, lubrication
and remote controls.
3. Disassembled devices, replacement of parts or manipulated carried out by persons outside the
manipulated Technical Services.
4. Materials broken or deteriorated by wear or normal use of the device: gaskets, plastics, glass, brushes,
filters, etc.
5. Devices that do not have the factory serial number identified or that have been altered or erased.
6. Breakdowns caused by fortuitous causes, force majeure claims or derived from incorrect installation.
7. Eas Electric is not responsible for loss or damage to software or information media.
8. Failures caused by external factors such as power disturbances or inadequate power supply.
9. Installation defects, stories such as lack of ground connection between indoor and outdoor units, lack
of ground connection in the home, alteration of the order of phases and neutral, flared in poor
condition or connected with refrigeration pipes of different diameter.
10. When there is pre-installation, the damages caused by the failure to carry out an adequate prior
cleaning of the installation with nitrogen and a tightness check.
11. Pairing external devices, this can never lead to a change of unit (such as Wi-Fi connections).
12. Substitutions and / or repairs in equipment / devices installed or located at a height equivalent to
or greater than 2.20 meters from the ground.
13. Warranty coverage does not cover freeze damage to plate and / or shell and tube evaporators
and water-cooled condensers.
14. The warranty does not cover fuses, bands, bulbs, flow switch, filters, and other items whose wear
is normal due to the operation of the resulting equipment.
15. The guarantee does not cover damages caused by meteorological phenomena and / or
earthquakes, floods, etc. Accidents, fires, liquids, chemicals, other substances, floods, vibrations,
excessive heat, inadequate ventilation, electrical overloads, excessive or incorrect voltage or voltage
supply, radiation, electrostatic discharge including lightning, other external forces and impacts.
