CALIBRATION
How to calibrate **you must have an accurate 500g weight or combination of weights in order to calibrate**
Calibration may be required when the scale is rst set up for use, or if the scale is moved to a di erent altitude or new location. This
is necessary because the weight of a mass in one location is not necessarily the same in another location. Also, with time and use,
mechanical deviations can occur.
1. Turn on the scale and wait for the display to show "0.00"
2. Press [CAL] and the display wil show "CAL".
3. Press [CAL] again and wait for the display to show the correct calibration weight "500.00"
4. Gently place the required calibration weight on the platform. The display will show "PASS" and then return to normal weighing
mode. Calibration is complete.
SCALE FEATURES
Counting Mode
1. Turn on the scale and wait for the display to show "0.00".
2. Place a sample amount (25pcs, 50pcs, 75pcs or 100pcs) on the platform.
3. Press and hold [PCS] until the display shows "25, 50, 75 or 100"
4. Press [MODE] to toggle 25, 50, 75 or 100 so that it corresponds with the sample size on the platform. Press [PCS] to con rm the
selection.
5. You can now place the items that you want counted onto the tray and the total number of items will show on the display.
6. Press the [MODE] key to exit the counting mode and return to normal weighing. You can return to counting mode by pressing
[PCS] in which the scale will remember the previous setting.
Auto o
An auto shut o feature is provided to conserve battery power. The unit will automatically turn o after 2 minutes of inactivity.
