SAFETY INFORMATION

CAUTION: Read all the instructions before assembly. Failure to do so may result in faulty assembly and
potential injury. Assemble the item on a soft, non-abrasive surface such as a carpet or cardboard to avoid
damaging the item.
NOTE: DO NOT tighten bolts completely until instructed to do so. After final alignment, make sure all bolts
and nuts are tightened.
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly, remove all parts from carton. Compare parts with package contents list and
hardware contents section. Remove all protective material carefully. DO NOT use a knife to avoid cutting the
surface of the furniture. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble or use the product.
Estimated Assembly Time: 30 - 45 minutes.
Tools Required for Assembly: Adjustable wrench (not included).
