CONTROL PANEL FEATURES
The control panel has four pressure sensitive buttons and a multi-line LCD display screen.
BUTTONS DESCRIPTION:
ON/OFF Button: Powers the ice machine when in the ON/OFF Mode.

Mode Button: Used primarily for service or training purposes. When this is pressed, the ice

making mode changes to ice harvest mode or vice versa. The mode is displayed on the LCD screen.
[During the Ice Size Adjustment mode, the button can be used for increasing the ice bridge
thickness.]
Adjust Button: Used to gradually change the ice bridge thickness from thicker to thinner or vice

versa. [Refer to the details in Ice Bridge Size Adjustment Guide section.]
Clean Button: Initiates a cleaning cycle. [During the Ice Size Adjustment mode, the button can be

used for decreasing the ice bridge thickness.]
NOTE: For unit to correctly run, ice bridge thickness should be approximately 1/8 inch.
LCD SCREEN MAIN FUNCTIONS DISPLAY DESCRIPTIONS:
Water Fill Process: When the words "Water Fill" display, there are three minutes for water inlet

and self-checking. After three minutes, the ice maker will start to make ice automatically.
Making Ice Process: When the words "Making Ice" display, the unit is working in the ice making

process. This process is controlled by a temperature probe working in concert with a timer.
Harvesting Ice Process: When the words "Harvesting Ice" display, the unit is working in the ice
!
harvesting process. This process is controlled by a curtain switch and temperature probe working in
concert with a timer.
Bin Full Process: When the words "Bin Full" display, the ice storage bin is full of ice or something
!
is holding the water curtain open. The unit will stop working. When ice cubes are taken out from
the ice storage bin, releasing the water curtain, the words "Bin Full" will flash about 3 minutes,
then the unit will return to the ice making process.
