Troubleshooting

The device is not being detected by the
computer
The system requirements have not been fulfilled.
 Connect the device to a computer that fulfils the sys-
tem requirements.
The device driver is not installed.
 Install the device driver.
USB 2.0 is not activated in the BIOS.
 Activate USB 2.0 in the BIOS.
The computer has recognised the device
as being new
The device is attached to a different port on the compu-
ter.
 Follow the on-screen instructions.
 Place the supplied CD-ROM into the computer.
 Reinstall the device driver.
You see the error message "This film is
copyright protected"
You are trying to record a film with copyright protec-
tion.
 Copy only films or media without copyright protec-
tion.
