During normal operation, the LEDs illuminate from left to right in a wave each time
the energizer pulses (a pulse wave). If the normal pulse wave is not displayed and
the LEDs remain illuminated, or the first LED is flashing, see below.
LED display
All of the red LEDs are illuminated
and the last green LED remains
illuminated. The energizer may be
operating at lower output voltage
or may not be operating.
The first red LED is flashing.
All of the red LEDs are illuminated
and some of the green LEDs are
illuminated (representing a fault
code). For example:
The energizer is switching to standby mode unexpectedly.
A neighbour's remote control may be affecting your energizer?
Change your energizer's address setting. See the instructions which came with your
remote control OR use the Smartphone app.

Possible cause
The energizer is
overheating.
Problem with the
mains power
supply (either
under voltage or
over voltage).
Energizer
malfunction. The
energizer has a
fault which may be
affecting its
performance.
Possible solution
Check that the energizer
has been mounted in a
cool, well ventilated area.
Relocate the energizer, if
required. Once the
energizer has cooled
down, it should resume
normal operation. If the
issue persists, use the
Smartphone app to find
out the temperature of
the energizer, then
contact your distributor.
Ask an electrician to
check the mains power
supply.
Take a photo of the fault
code being displayed and
contact your distributor.
