Aluminum Tube-to-Hose KLEDGE-LOK™
Repair Instructions
1. Follow the Aluminum Tube KLEDGE-LOK™ Repair
Instructions for the connection to the tube end of the
KLEDGE-LOK™ tube-to-hose union.
2. Cut the hose squarely and make sure there are no
cracks or damage to the cut end.
3. Locate hose clamps within the cage in the provided
slots and slip over the end of the hose until it
reaches the hose end.
4. Force the end of the hose over the barbed end of
the KLEDGE-LOK™ tube-to-hose union until it
stops against the back of the center barrel. NOTE:
Lubricate the barb and inside of hose with PAG
oil to ease installation of barb into hose.
5. Crimp the clamps using a crimping tool to
complete the repair.

1. Observez les instructions de réparation du tube

4. Forcez la mise en place de l'extrémité du boyau sur
l'extrémité cannelée du raccord-union tube à boyau
KLEDGE-LOK MC jusqu'à ce qu'elle se bute contre
l'arrière du canon central. REMARQUE : Lubrifiez la
cannelure et l'intérieur du boyau avec de l'huile
PAG pour faciliter l'installation de la cannelure
dans le boyau.
5. Sertissez les colliers de serrage à l'aide d'un outil de
sertissage pour terminer la réparation.

usando el sistema KLEDGE-LOK™
1. Siga las instrucciones para reparar tubos de aluminio
usando el sistema KLEDGE-LOK™ para conectar el
extremo del tubo de la unión KLEDGE-LOK™ de tubo
a manguera.
2. Corte la manguera de forma pareja y asegúrese de
que no haya grietas o daños en el extremo cortado.
3. Ubique las abrazaderas para manguera dentro de la
caja en las ranuras proporcionadas y deslícelas

5. Engarce las abrazaderas usando una engarzadora
para terminar la reparación.

1. Die KLEDGE-LOK™ Reparaturanweisungen
für Aluminiumrohre zur Verbindung des
Rohrendes der KLEDGE-LOK™ Rohr-Schlauch-
Verbindung befolgen.
2. Den Schlauch gerade abschneiden und darauf
achten, dass das abgeschnittene Ende nicht
eingerissen oder anderweitig beschädigt ist.
3. Die Schlauchschellen in die Schlitze in der
Führung einlegen und bis zum Schlauchende
auf den Schlauch schieben.
4. Das Schlauchende auf den Nippel des
KLEDGE-LOK™ Rohr-Schlauch-Verbindungsstücks
aufschieben, bis es am Mittelteil des
Verbindungsstücks anschlägt. HINWEIS: Den
Nippel und die Schlauchinnenseite mit PAG-Öl
schmieren, damit sich der Schlauch leichter
aufschieben lässt.
5. Die Schlauchschellen mit einem Crimp-Werzeug
crimpen, um die Reparatur abzuschließen.
