True Off Delay Timers

A range of True Off Delay Timers for control applications.
RS stock numbers 260-454 to 260-505 snap fit onto symmetric DIN rail
(B.S. 5584: 1978). RS stock numbers 260-511 to 260-561 fit into 11
pole plug-ln bases.
Both types may be housed in enclosures for modular equipment (DIN
43 880)
Function (fig.1)
When the supply is connected the output relay "R" is energised. The
timing period is initiated when the supply is removed. "R" remains
energised until the time set has elapsed.
Application note
By virtue of their design True Off Delay Timers require that the supply
voltage be applied with a clean leading edge/signal. User may
experience problems if the timers are supplied from a small power
supply which has an initial unsteady voltage output.
