MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT!
LUBRICATING CAMS
The cams are lubricated with a sufficient amount of high-
temperature grease. To keep the attachment operating
efficiently, apply a high-temperature grease to the cams,
and in between the yokes every 6 hours of use. (Fig. 7)
WARNING: Failure to apply high-temperature
grease every 6 hours of operation can result in
failure of cams and blade, and will void your
warranty.
BLADE REPLACEMENT
NOTE: We recommend that you take the hedge trimmer
attachment to your nearest authorized service
dealer to replace the blade.
NOTE: Disconnect the hedge trimmer attachment from
the powerhead before replacing the blade.
REMOVING BLADE
WARNING: Blades are sharp. When handling
blade assembly, do not place your hand or
fingers between blades or in any position
where they could get pinched or cut.
1. Place hedge trimmer upside down on workbench and
remove two (2) bottom plate screws (Fig. 8).
