Connecting an Apple iOS device
1. Switch on the iPhone/iPad/iPod.
2. Enter the settings menu.
3. Select Bluetooth.
4. Turn Bluetooth ON.
5. The iOS device will now scan the area for available Bluetooth devices.
All available Bluetooth devices with Apple connectivity will be listed here.
6. The BUNTSTIFT device should now appear on the iOS device screen as an
available Bluetooth device. The BUNTSTIFT will be listed as RM200 #XXXX and it
should be shown in black text.
7. Select the BUNTSTIFT RM200 #XXXX to pair to the iOS device.
8. Once the pairing process is complete the RM200 #XXXX text will turn blue and
"connected" will be displayed next to the device name.
On the BUNTSTIFT the Bluetooth symbol will change color
from grey to blue.
Connecting an Android device
1. Open the Settings application.
2. Touch Wireless & networks > Bluetooth settings.
3. Check Bluetooth to turn it on. Your tablet scans for and displays the IDs of all
available Bluetooth devices in range.
4. If the BUNTSTIFT you want to pair with isn't in the list, ensure that the BUNTSTIFT
is turned on and Bluetooth is switched On.
5. If your tablet stops scanning before BUNTSTIFT is ready, touch Find nearby
devices and then Scan for devices.
6. Touch the ID of the BUNTSTIFT in Found list to pair them.
7. Click "OK" to confi rm any passkey request to connect with BUNTSTIFT.
8. Once the pairing process is complete the RM200 #XXXX will appear in your
Paired devices, indicating you have successfully connected your two devices.
