How to Keep Your Child Safe While Using this Baby Carrier
• PRODUCT WEAR WARNING: This product is subject to normal wear and tear over time. The
user should inspect this product for signs of deterioration such as ripped or loose seams,
torn straps or fabric, damaged fasteners, and hardware not locking before each use.

• Premature infants, infants with respiratory problems, and infants under 4 months are at
greatest risk of suffocation.
FALL AND SUFFOCATION HAZARD
FALL HAZARD – Infants can fall through a wide leg opening or out of carrier.
• Adjust leg openings to fit baby's legs snugly.
• Before each use, make sure all buckles, straps, and adjustments are secure.
• Take special care when leaning or walking.
• Never bend at waist; bend at knees.
• Only use this carrier for children between 8 lbs. and 30 lbs.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD – Infants under 4 months can suffocate in this product if face is
pressed tight against your body.
• Do not strap infant too tight against your body.
• Allow room for head movement.
• Keep infant's face free from obstructions at all times.
• Ensure proper placement of child in product including leg placement.
• The infant must face towards user until infant can hold its head upright unassisted.
• Do not allow child to face forward until they can be properly positioned with legs
straddling the seat.
• ALWAYS adjust the seated position per the instructions. FOR INFANTS 8 lbs. to 5 months,
the seated position gussets must be closed in the Seated Position with the side buckles
buckled to the carrier body.
• Always make sure that your infant's nose and mouth are clear and unobstructed by the
carrier or clothing. Always keep some distance between the infant's face and the adult's
body to ensure easy breathing.
• DO NOT put items into the carrier with the child. This may interfere with the child's ability
to breathe.
