Cleaning the Autoclavable Remote Control
The remote control must be cleaned before sterilization.
Use a brush and only a mild, pH-neutral detergent to clean the remote con-
trol.
Make sure that there are no secretion residues, tissue residues or other fo-
reign bodies on the remote control before sterilization.

Disinfecting the Autoclavable Remote Control
Use a ph-neutral or slightly alkaline disinfectant. Comply with the instruc-
tions provided by the manufacturer of the disinfectant.

Sterilizing the Autoclavable Remote Control
The remote control was validated by the manufacturer for 100 sterilizati-
ons*. Never exceed the number of sterilizations specified by the manufac-
turer.
Only a cleaned, disinfected and dry remote control can be sterilized with
saturated steam. Please read the instructions in the operating manual for
your autoclave.

These instructions do not guarantee the sterility of the product. Your own
hygiene institute remains responsible for the validation of the sterilizati-
on and sterility.
